We pride ourselves on working to maintain excellent contact with our students.  Case in point is one gentleman in New Zealand who paid $5,000 for a trading program and never a single question answered for 3 months.  We find that appalling.  He was amazed that he was able to communicate directly with me within 24 hours with answers to his questions directly from me (Doctor Brown).

There Are Four Ways To Contact Us

Open A Support Ticket

The fist and best way to contact us is to simply open a support ticket at http://www.ffosupport.com.  Our support site is intensely monitored for new support tickets.  We respond within a maximum of 24 hours on weekdays.  Due to the occasional 3 day weekend we will respond within a maximum of 72 hours but you will normally hear from us within 48 hours.

Phone Contact

The third way is to call us by phone at 702-997-2169.  This is not a phone line that is manned full time.   We normally use this line to contact students once a support ticket has been opened or an email received.
